When he was a boy, Olivier Creed, sixth generation and current master perfumer, visited his family's summer home in Normandy, France. On a wall in the yard grew a lavish honeysuckle vine. Young Olivier Creed loved to stand by the vine and inhale its fine, gentle aroma in the morning. Later, when he became Creed's master perfumer, Olivier Creed created Chevrefeuille - honeysuckle in French - to commemorate that happy childhood memory.
Creed Chevrefeuille Original has since been vaulted by the House of Creed.
